I am a Certified Business Coach and a Senior Business Consultant. I help small business owners maximize their sales and profits, reduce the time they devote to their businesses (allowing them more time for their families) and help them achieve their dreams. I focus on results, accountability, and helping business owners develop their entrepreneurial skills.
Over 35 years retail management experience where I ran everything from $18M stores to $254M companies (Best Products, L Luria&Son, Service Merchandise, Officemax). I served as a Senior Business Consultant for International Profit Associates – 7th largest consulting company in the US. Then I opened my own business coaching franchise (ActionCOACH) in 2008, and in 2013 I opened an independent Business and Management Consulting and Coaching firm, in order to better utilize my skills, experiences, and knowledge. Right now I am working with clients weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, ranging from Restaurants and Catering businesses to Internet companies, Retailers to Web Designers, Doctors to Automobile Dealers, Electrical Contractors to Accountants.
I graduated with a BA from Catawba College in Salisbury, NC. I have lived in NC, VA, MD, FL, PA and in charge of stores in those states plus NY, SC, GA, TN and TX. I am on the Board of Directors of the Granville County Chamber of Commerce as well as the Rolesville Chamber. I serve as Vice President and Ambassador Chairman in Granville County. I conduct Business Education programs for the Chambers in both Counties.
The most gratifying part of my business is seeing the smiles and hearing the voice inflection in my clients when they realize the results and enjoy the growth in their business.
